How do I replace Mei Prescott (principal of the school), Agnes Crumplebottom and Father winter. Thanks in advance

With trait cheats (which require testingcheats to be on).
First you have to create a sim that will replace them. Afterwards, move them in a lot and give them the final customizations (skills etc). Afterward, equip the required trait and careers and then evict them.
The cheat for the principal:
Principal has no special career required, so feel free to put them in the Education career in Discover University.
