There should be a female alien in your game, probably in hidden households. If you have MCCommandCenter or Andrew's teleporter statue, you can teleport her in and either change her skin to green or delete her before the birth.
Mind you, this may still not help (I'm not quite sure if genetics are set at conception or at birth.), but it's worth a try.
