I'll share just a few of my restaurants/cafés. These are CC heavy.
I got a lot from the gallery (I'll try to edit this post with a proper credit if I can find it) and use it as an ice cream restaurant. The menu has lots of CC foods from Oni and Littlebowbub.

I also use LittleDica's Greasy Goods for standard fast foods, but I've added some Asian fast foods to the menu (like onigiri, ramen, and spicy ricecake).
I also built a café in Mt. Komorebi for my Sims to run and own using a lot of CC from HeyHarrie. It has a standard menu, but it's place where Sims can hang out, eat something, and also do some work on their computers. The objects on the second floor change, there can be cooking classes for a cooking club, a small film showing, etc. I may change it into a dessert café (a cake restaurant) and have it serve different types of cake.
