Restore lighting to ex-haunted house

Question

Late last year tried a haunted residential house as an experiment. It soon got wearisome, not to mention three constantly stressed-out sims. Set it to an ordinary residential. The spooks are gone but the lights still all go out unless a sim is in a room. Very inconvenient at night. Is there a way to restore normal lighting?

Thank you.  Every clue helps.Tried turning auto lights on.  No effect.  Is a logical thought that the programming for haunting would turn that function off.  Doggone EA!  Turning off the haunting should have turned off the turning off.

Turning on auto lights will make the lights turn off when no sim is in a room. You can click on a light and choose turn on all lights. It should override the auto lights.

You could also replace all the lights and see if that helps.

Thank you, will give that a try.  Always thought auto lights referred to time of day.
