I'm having the same issue! One of my employees has a great work ethic, said she loves her job when I checked on her, and does everything I ask accept ring up customers! She's so great at everything else that customers are constantly purchasing but my sim can't keep up with them all and customers are leaving angry as a result. I think I'm going to have to make my sim have kids just so there will be some extra hands helping out at the store. There aren't any child labor laws in TS4 right? lol ;)
