When I use retail stores in my sims games I always do an old-timey looking pharmacy. It’s easy and fun to build given all the fun design elements plus there are a lot of items in build mode and debug that are or look like they are sold at a pharmacy. Additionally, as with many pharmacies in America in the late 19th and early to mid 20th centuries, I always put a bar with ice cream (machine) and drinks. Happy simming!
