Retirement - is there a way to see how much they get paid?

My sim retired, and there was a popup saying she will receive a sum based on her latest wage. But it did not say how much. It's very hard to plan her economy unless I have some more info. Like, will the pay be the same or slowly decrease? Will she get paid 5 days a week, or 7 days a week? The game obvious know these things, why not share it? Back in TS3 we could easily see in the simology panel that they were retired, incl. their previous jobs, AND their pay after retiring. I miss that...

PS1: She was an Author, will she still receive royalty?

PS2: I also wish we had a way to buy "retirement insurance". Would be nice for those affording it to plan ahead, perhaps traveling a bit more as elders etc.
