I agree that it depends on the individual sim, but...I gotta say, free services is a heck of a thing lol. I'll admit, I'll often snap that one up early, than hire a regular maid and gardener, and sometimes even a butler if it's a big enough house--all for free! You can hire a nanny and repair services for free whenever...it really frees things up if your sims wanna focus on other things lol.
Other than that, it's some pretty basic stuff--creative visionary is a must have for creative aspirations, observant is great for detectives, incredibly friendly makes the friend of the world aspiration a breeze and is also great for friendly vampires. The weather resistant ones are super helpful for sims with aspirations that mean that they spend a lot of time out in selvadorada or granite falls. I tend to try and reserve savant for "special" sims that I really feel have "earned" it by being real go getters, but that's just me and it is a super nifty one. And then if you really save up a bunch, never weary is kinda amazing. You're sim can do so much once they never have to sleep again.
