ROM: Magic As Skill Or Life State
The options are: 1. Magic as a skill that everyone including vampires and mermaids can learn 2. Magic as an exclusive ability of a new life state separate from humans, vampires, etc.

I would love it to be a life state that is a recieved life state like vampirism and being a mermaid, but now I see that a skill would also be cool, since they can create awesome hybrids!
