ROM: Magic As Skill Or Life State
The options are: 1. Magic as a skill that everyone including vampires and mermaids can learn 2. Magic as an exclusive ability of a new life state separate from humans, vampires, etc.

I would hate it if my normal sims couldn't learn magic at all :<
I don't mind if you need to make friends with a witch/wizard/any other occult they might bring in or so for it to happen, but I really want it to be a skill you don't need to be an occult to use :(
