ROM: Magic As Skill Or Life State
The options are: 1. Magic as a skill that everyone including vampires and mermaids can learn 2. Magic as an exclusive ability of a new life state separate from humans, vampires, etc.

Life state for me, but I would want it to work like a skill. The lower the skills the bigger the chances of spells going wrong, the higher the skill the better the spells a sim can learn. I wouldn't mind them adding a magician skill alongside magic, as in a performer whi does tricks etc, maybe as a job for normal sims
