Romantic Garden or Backyard Stuff or Tiny Living? -- Pack Sale

So, I'm bored and sad because Rep. John Lewis passed & Tamar Braxton attempted Suixxxe - so, trying to cheer myself up by buying a few stuff packs and do some building. I am getting Moschino for the photography.

But I'm wondering if I should get Romantic Garden, Backyard or Tiny Living Stuff? - I like the lemonade from backyard stuff and the frogs, bird feeder and chimes. But I heard lots of folks talking about the wishing well. Also, do the items in the garden make sims more romantic?

Lastly, thinking about the Tiny living for the TV bookshelf - could care less about the death bed or tiny house lot.

I plan to purchase 3 packs - just not sure which three.

I also love the build items in ROM, but I don't want witches in my game.

Thanks for your thoughts.

  • There all good options I would say tiny living is the best for builders Romantic Garden is good if you are big in to making amazing gardens and Backyard stuff is fun adding hot tubs (yes I know they are in the base too now) and slip n slide things
  • I'm a Romantic Garden fan myself. The items wont make your sim more romantic, but it's great to have new plants for gardens and the CAS is nice too. Wishing well can bring some randomness and gamble into your game. The huge fountain I think worked better before Seasons because sometimes sims might get in there splashing even if it's cold.

Backyard Stuff is an okay pack. I've used the slip n slide more than I expected and just love the windchimes. The rest of the pack is kind of average.

I don't own Tiny Living and unsure if I'll get even in this sale. It seems like an okay pack too, but there's nothing I feel like I must have.

I don’t have tiny living but I don’t like the two other packs for lack of normal size gameplay objects.
  • First of all witches don’t invade your game unless you play witches and send them through the portal. And the furniture to the pack is really nice Victorian like furniture. Glimmer brook is nice too. Just get rid of the witches there if you don’t want them.

I like backyard stuff the best, I use more for both single sims and family sims. It has the slip and slide for kids (and adults), and a lot of little stuff for your yard. Lemonade, a cute bird feeder and cool wind chimes. I use something from the pack at most houses.

Tiny living is good if you make small houses, it has combo item like TV/bookshelf in one.

I use Romantic garden least although it does have a lot of flowers. I only see the statues for elaborate churches/parks. I never really use the wishing well.
  • Thanks everyone. I got the Backyard stuff as I like the fact that there are a few items like the bird feeder, books that can substitute a book shelf, lemonade, however that slide has a very strong draw, everyone lines up for it. And I got Moshino stuff, but I thought there was a cat walk, kinda disappointed that it was only poses. Took me a while to figure out how to place the pieces. I really like the spots on the floor so you can have more that two sims in a photo, but the curved back drop doesn't have a floor piece and the backdrop with a floor piece is really short and a drab dirty white.

All, in all I got two stuff packs instead of three. I'll wait for when the GP drops before I get Eco, Knitting and that GP in a bundle - that is depending on what the GP is.

Building in the sims really helps take my mind off things when the world gets wonky. I appreciate y'all helping me decide.
