Romantic wants related to other sims are rare?

I finally updated to get the wants/fears and something I'm noticing is that my sims very rarely roll the want to interact with other sims? This is the same across my loner sims and my outgoing sims. A...

If you interact a lot with a certain Sim, the temporary Want on the right might roll something related to that Sim. My Sim was on a date with another, and halfway through the date he got the Want to kiss her. I agree though that it doesn't seem to happen as often as with Whims.

A fun one though was to "Be disliked by..." He and his neighbors don't get along, and he already had a red relationship with one of them. He wanted to take that negative relationship all the way. :D
