Romantic wants related to other sims are rare?

I finally updated to get the wants/fears and something I'm noticing is that my sims very rarely roll the want to interact with other sims? This is the same across my loner sims and my outgoing sims. A...

I also enjoy whim/want driven gameplay and this saved me :)

Thank you so much, not only did this fix the issue it's added so much more depth to my gameplay!!
