I don't play rotationally, but I believe I read that if you enroll a sim and then let them go, they'll graduate with a C average. But I'm not certain.
So I can't answer about rotational play, but I can (I think) answer about Foxbury v. Britechester.
If Foxbury is harder than Britechester, it's only because of the campus layout. Foxbury has stairs that make the bikes effectively useless, so it can take longer to get to class than at Britechester. That's it. Otherwise (based on going to both campuses while staying at home) it's effectively the same for either university.
