Rotational Play and University
I am just wondering if anyone has tried rotational playing of families while one of their sims is at Uni , Does the sim already there finish and fail or just be in a waiting phase until played again ....

This is all very insightful @starcrunch and @83bienchen. As mentioned above, it sounds like you add a bunch of households in the first semester. You give each student in the households that you are not playing one class. You play one main household during the term. After the exams are done for that household, you switch in the rotation before the notice to move out? This doesn't impact their grades?
I already am actively playing a sim's first term in Foxbury but I might consider this later on when I send more sims at once. It's my first time playing Foxbury so this one is kind of a tester. Anyway, thanks for sharing that.
