Wow! I've just bought a restaurant for my sim to run, and planned to expand so she'd own a restaurant in every world. But wow, owning a restaurant is hard!! I spent ages building one and furnishing it...

I think this is an issue with seasons that the devs just didn't consider. Hopefully they're going to implement a fix at some point so waiters will be more concerned with doing their job than running around in the rain. That's good to know, thank you! He wasn't too bothered by the muddy puddles, but did very much like to take all his clothes off :# Maybe I'll turn it into a dry weather only restaurant!! :D
