But I think all of those things can be sold. It's probably easiest to test it in a separate save if you really want to know. That's what I often do when I try to figure out if something I want to do actually works.
Good idea, I'll do a trial run in my specifically designated tester save. And ahh yeah, apparently wands, brooms and familiars all fall in to the magical artifacts category according to the collections thing in the game so that's what I meant. Thank you so much!
