I don’t like the sadness moodlet coming if it’s an acquaintance that died. My sim met Jacques Villarreal once in a café and was just as sad as when her dog and fiancé died later in the game (The Wishing Well resurrected him so all is well again). It really annoyed me. I also didn’t like it when her friend texted her after Akira’s death and called him a “treasured friend” or something like that. He was more than a friend since they were engaged.
