Today I had to learn how to uncorrupt yet another save file that uses residential rentals. Here is the LE that triggered the corruption:

</root>I resolved this issue by turning all the residential rental lots in the save into regular residential lots (and this can be done safely without bulldozing the lots, but it may result in a minuscule chance of corruption if the lots are not bulldozed).
