Which part? Africa is a huge place with diverse regions and multiple people groups to represent.
Of course it's a huge place, it's a continent. Not suggesting AFRICA is one monolith of the same culture. Same with Europe, the America's, and Asia. But the sims have meshed these places together to create world's before. Ideally I would love to see more diversity represented in game. But for now, having at least some thing from the great continent of Africa would be a welcome addition.
