Unless there's something I'm missing, that neighborhood doesn't appear to have swimmable water. Maybe one of the other hoods in the world does? Kind of a surprise.
And once again they look like they've made a large neighborhood with a few lots spread over a big area. I really dislike that this is how worlds are built now, because they always feel devoid of life. Copperdale is almost completely empty for me, for example.
