Sarah Holding says that TS4 tech is more limiting than TS3 was.

lol, love it.
Quite a bit of my gameplay enjoyment has required mods. Just discovered if you use No Jealousy mod - it seems Maxis forgot to test that the hot tub was empty before you can woohoo in it. This amused me quite a bit.
