Sarah Holding says that TS4 tech is more limiting than TS3 was.

The question is: Is creating contents for TS4 more expensive than contents for TS3? Did it cost them more to build TS4 than it did to build TS3?
If the answer is yes in both cases then I would say it actually shows be it the graphics, the shape look of TS3 sims and the shallow doll faces. I will believe them if they say TS3 was cheaper.
