Hi I know I'm really late to the party for this but I found out how you can change the age without needing any aspiration points/rewards.
First enter testingcheats true then type cas.fulleditmode
Once you've done that you can shift click on the sim you want to age (or de-age) and select "edit in CAS" and you're good to go! I hope this helps anyone still having problems!!
