Scaling the Sims 4 to RL

How would you scale the Sims 4 sizes? For example, how many metres, feet,inches, centimetres (whatever unit you choose) would you say ONE grid square is? Keeping in mind a adult SIM 4 bed is roughly ...

Gurus confirmed 1 tile = 1 square metre on these forums a while back.
