Scenarios- Moving Involved Sims OOH

Does anyone know if I move scenario-related sims out if it will end the scenario?

Probably depends on the scenario. Which one are you asking about? I also think that if you go to move in extra people or some such it warns you that it could negate and end the scenario. Perhaps moving is the same?
