Scientist Career Lvl. 7

I usually just select the other options if I don't want to take the time to make the serum (and maybe have it go wrong). I know sometimes you get stuck though with only a few options that work.
If you have completed the promotion requirement though ... just send them to work alone until they get a promotion.
