I really like the scout reward trait, but I do think they need to allow scouts to take vacation from scouts OR for skipping meetings to not to affect their responsibility, preferably the former. I had a custom holiday on the weekend and my scouts all had to go to their meetings, even though it I had made it a day off for school/work. As @sazzieJ mentioned, it also makes taking vacations on weekends really difficult. I do just have them do their homework, or other things that help their responsibility, but I’d prefer it not to have to do that. :)
