What does everyone do with their screen shots? Do you make a video or just leave them? Can I see examples?

I take screenshots for two reasons ...
In CAS to remember some looks, I like. I use poses of very talented creators for those:

Or in game because I want to remember a story, in this case of a Sim between two potential partners (cannot decide whether to go for the bad boy or the best friend):

But these are mainly for me, although I will post an insane amount of outfits on the forum when new CAS items are added to the game.
