Screenshot Save Location

You are always such a helpful community so I'm looking a little advice on saving my screenshots.
I want to post more photos but I always find it such a time consuming task.
I play on my laptop but post to the forums using tablet. However, all my photos are saved on my laptop so, to post them, I need to: wait for them all to load, make sure they are sorted so I can find the pictures I want, copy and paste the ones I want onto my tablet via a cable, upload them to a picture hosting site and then upload them here.
Is there a simpler way for me to post pictures via my tablet (an android one)? Can I set my photos to save to a cloud perhaps? Save directly to a picture hosting site? Are there good picture hosting sites for Android (Imgur doesn't seem to give me the forum link)?
