Screenshots ?

I just post them here in a form of a story :) and also on instagram. Other then that, I don't know what screenshots can be used for.

For my non story Sims I usually keep the pics in a folder and revisit when I need to remember what I did with them last...

@Koteyka Wow! They’re amazing! Quite the toddler pack you have there! I know people complain about toddlers but personally I love them, more than kids anyway. I’m guessing you use CC for your toddlers, where do you get it?

I love love LOVE toddlers in the sims 4, so I've got a bunch of them :) I love kids too but I barely played with them for over a year now because I've only had two children in my current household. The first kid aged up to a teen too quickly (and didn't have any friends) and the second kid is only about to age up from a toddler :sweat_smile: I use a lot of CC because EA neglects them big time! I get it from all sorts of places but my favourite cc creators for toddlers are VintageSimmer, OnyxSims, Simiracle and RedHairSims. I also occasionally download CC in big batches from MaxisMatchCCWorld and Lana CC Finds!

Social Media Sharing: If you're on Tumblr, a lot of people use them to share what's going on in their game with others--like lots or sims you're working on, stories, random weird stuff that happened when you were playing, clothing you're using along with cc links (or without links), or just nice moments in the game.

PowerPoint: I've heard some people keep them in a PowerPoint to look back on major events or to keep track of family lineage.

Folders: I've heard some people just organize them into different folders by time, then use them to reminisce. Again, I think they edit them down to just the key ones.

Me: Personally, I take TONS of screenshots, pick out the few I like best, then lighten/crop/edit them. I put them on Tumblr for the various reasons listed above and also use them to write scenes. Sometimes my screenshots are organic, and sometimes they're posed. The game doesn't mean much to me unless I can look back and see what happened over time. Also, if I'm sharing a sim, I'll make a collage of them and write up their backstory to post.

You could use them to make calendars, mouse pads, puzzles, etc. to give your friends and family.

I don't really do anything with them most the time. It's just fun to look back on them a few months later and see what my sims were doing then. Sometimes I'll use the prettier ones as my desktop wallpaper though!

Thanks @Leahmiller2006! I have a lot of fun applying the cartoon filter - I know the cartoon look isn't for every Simmer but I think it just adds a certain something! I wish they would release a filter feature for the Sims 4 like Frontier did for Planet Coaster. I think that would be really cool/useful. A sepia filter would be really handy for Simmers who write/play decade Sim stories, too.
