Season Festivals

I always liked the sims 3 festivals and decided to bring them to the sims 4. I used GnomeFinder's Pumpkin Patch for inspiration. You can find the original under their name. Unlike the sims 3, the lot will not change with the season. You will have to manually change it when the season changes.
I used a lot of items from the Seasons and Cottage Living expansions. If you would like to download I put it on my gallery aejp24. It was a fun little project and I like that my sims now have somewhere to go each season for a fun family day out.

    Thank you, @kaiwrysims.

    That mods sounds kind of intrusive though and I'm afraid it will break lots every time it needs an update. I have looked at the code myself a while ago and decided it was not safe to add such a feature as a mod. I tend to avoid that type of mods (as a player as well as as a modder) and wish EA would add this feature with a Seasons Pack Refresh at some point.

    Also, that mod does not have a release date yet.

    Yeah it's just at the brainstorming stage currently. And yeah I agree a lot of things would be awesome as an actual feature of the game instead of a mod.

    These look good! I actually miss those festivals. I always thought they were cheesy, but I do miss them because it was just a fun little event for the whole family. The events we have now are almost all for YA and older sims. The one event we have for kids gets boring really fast.
