(basically, yeah, if they don't specify when moused over, researching them and opening in notebook says they grow in all seasons)
editing to add information on all 10 of the seasons plants (took a whole lot of 5 sims picking the scarecrow's pockets every time they had the chance to get them all, as well as buying seasonal seed packets. the money tree costs satisfaction points to buy, easy for this household, where the adults had 75k each):
bell pepper: summer
green bean: summer and fall
green pea: spring
money tree: all
begonia: summer and fall
christmas rose: winter
crocus: winter and spring
dhalia: fall
holly: fall and winter
snowdrop: winter
I meant to ask, how do you get hold of green beans? I can't find them anywhere.
