Seasons: Rebate Day
I have not had this pop up in my current save yet. Seems like it might be a fun storyline for shopping in Build/Buy mode. Have you done this surprise event? What did you think about it?

I had it once or twice, didn't celebrate it though, and the house I was playing had lots of money. I think the rebate was only for a couple sections of the catalog, but I might be wrong.
