I want to know just two things.
1) Will the seasonal lot marker/a variation thereof be returning? It will be a pain to have to redecorate for every season and although the trailer implied a lot marker... I know better than to trust the trailers these days.
2) Will they do something to put ACTUAL snow into the game, either before a post launch? I am not happy with having things simply painted white; I want actual snow. I don't care if they say they can't talk about it. That's talk for 'we won't mention it now and just hope that by the time we do they'll either have forgotten or just won't care.'
