Nope that's the biggest problem with sims 4.it has no lack of cas items and useless build items. I've found that to me there is more CAs items than anything else in sims 4. The problem is the lack of small details that amaze you years after playing the game. The insane lack of things to do since every pack only adds a handful of items that can used, if that much.
Sims 2 had levels of snow. If my prediction is correct the snow will appear and disappear like sims 2 in an instant.
