Weight Machine: Good for muscle definition, doesn't seem to do anything regarding weight loss.
Treadmill: Good for weight loss, doesn't seem to do anything regarding muscle definition.
Punching Bag: I honestly have no clue what this does besides raise your Fitness skill. Maybe relieve anger?
Climbing Wall (Fitness Stuff): Claims to be able to loose weight and build muscle, I can confirm the muscle definition.
