Sept 18 Patch and Exciting Base Game Update

Just from a realistic standpoint, I was disappointed before I saw the patch notes cause the event looks fun but not major enough and while it's not always perfect and sometimes, we may not all see the good work done. Mostly because minor bugs may linger and your old saves may stay broken it is nice to see all they were working on, that travel bug and the save bug were a real pain, need to do some testing for sure but I am cautiously optimistic.
