September 22 Base Game Update

Yay. Yippie. Woohoo..... See how much I care? Not at all. My mood went south so fast I'm channeling it into text, but being mindful of not saying curse words.

If understood right, the satisfaction still goes down, but much much slower pace, but indeed for all, with played sims too.. what I have seen many don't like (I do personally, I don't mind if it does not decay at all in any case autonomously, lol ).

22 Sept - I'm so happy to say "Good job, EA Team!"  Thank you for repairing the queue and autonomy!   

I started with an easy household - adult roommates.  When that went well I switched to a couple with twin infants to test.

• Cribs work!  Playmats work!  Go Night Night works!
• I queued 2 to 3 actions and Sims did those things - cooking, bathing, writing, etc. 
• Infant care worked.  Baby cried and I watched while the parent's autonomy cared for the Infant.  I also directed the baby's care.  Both worked!!  A few times I had to cancel the baby's fussing so the parent could do whatever was needed but it wasn't a problem to do it.  The cancel fussing worked quickly then the parent action would initiate from queue. 
• I hired a nanny and the parents left the lot on a date.   Date actions checked off successfully.  The interactions ran smoothly.  It was fun.  I didn't feel like I was herding cats like before.
• When the couple returned home there were 2 nannies and the babies were happy!!  omg  😃

Couple's relationship status was Very Satisfied when I exited.   I'm optimistic that they will still be happy after I play another household then return.  

I would love to hear any updates about how well the romantic satisfaction fix works. As an avid rotational player I havent even considered Lovestruck in recent sales but it does have stuff I want.

Yes, I thought that also. Or the type you see in the children's section of a library or museum. 

It's got a sort of daycare/preschool vibe to it that I like. 

MCCC does run processes and I believe it's by default to run at 3am. You can adjust the days and frequency in the settings; I think I have mine doing it on Wednesdays and Saturdays (though I usually forget about it and get irritated when it freezes for a minute, heh).

No need to be sorry. Everything isn't for everyone. 🙂

I really like it. Not fond of the swatch shown but a couple of the others are really cute.

And I'd definitely buy this set outside of the Sims.

My game still freezes at 3am. I do use MCCC mods, so maybe that's why?

I have seen so many improvements already in my game. This update was very impressive! I think the game is running smoother now. Hopefully it continues as I play
