September Patch Speculation 2021( 2nd Patch Out Now Sep 21st)

Normally I wouldn't put this up early as we haven't even got the August Patch yet but we have an annivesary of TS4 coming September 4th so this has the potential to give us some new content for the ba...

I have a feeling the townie update with the background stuff will be part of September patch because of the anniversary possibly, like “hey, 7 years ago these folks were released and now we finally decided to give them an update”
Guess we’ll see, but I still need cars
