One of my sims did this on the dining table... right in the middle of some tofurky. I guess she's not a fan of tofurky.

I find those moments to be part of the fun. I only panic when I can't get the Sim back onto the ground where they belong! Had a toddler dancing atop the dining table once. Can't find the image, however, else I'd share it.
