Server Error or failed to download

Hi just wanted to ask if the server is down or if anything is happening with the gallery i created a sim on a different pc saved uploaded him to the gallery and had uploaded him to my main sims game but when i wanted to update him slightly on my other pc which i had to install the latest update on it said server error, or failure to download when i tried to save him to my library, i went into my save file and he wasnt there either on my other pc where he was uploaded fine or the new one he was gone from my saved game:( also my net is excellent but it wont let me connect online now :(
