Setting up my first sim business: advice please

I'm soon to set up my first business in the sims, running a bakery, and I've absolutely no idea how to go about it. This is the first time I've run a business in any sims game. Can anybody please r...

Thank you both of you :) , the cake idea is a really good one! and with the onset of seasons I'm going to have them sell things like spooky cookies or whatever they're called in the run up to Hallowe'en, and great to hear about the sandwiches!! I just wish there were more than 3 sandwich fillings available.
