Setting up my first sim business: advice please

I'm soon to set up my first business in the sims, running a bakery, and I've absolutely no idea how to go about it. This is the first time I've run a business in any sims game. Can anybody please r...

Thanks so much for the help and advice everyone. :)

It's going to just be the sim couple who own it working there as it's a small bakery on a 20x15 lot. If other active households go there I'll just imagine the owners are having a day off and have asked a friend to help out.
