Setting up my first sim business: advice please

I'm soon to set up my first business in the sims, running a bakery, and I've absolutely no idea how to go about it. This is the first time I've run a business in any sims game. Can anybody please r...

Besides selling things like spooky cookies at Hallowe'en I thought it would also be good to sell things like fruit pies with different fillings depending on the time of year.

Also, I've just had the idea of making a fish & chip shop!
