Theres also the toddler quick meal sandwiches, Monte Cristo sandwich, Grilled Cheese, (Faux) BLT etc.
I wonder what exactly the filling is in a Monte Cristo sandwich.
Apparently it's a fried ham and cheese sandwich with eggy bread.
