I will likely be needing two of the three 50 X 40 lots. It's nice to see on the map that at least one of them is empty. I'll have to explore the build on the other one. Not touching the forest to be certain. If the other build isn't sufficient for what I need, I will bulldoze it and replace with one I build myself. o:)
