I had a bake off tent in Willow Creek I used for cooking/baking clubs, but when I got the English Countryside I had to have a bigger one! So I bulldozed the little tent, and moved my clubs to this one:

Set as a Community Garden (EL) - you can bring your own chickens and they'll use the coop, and even lay eggs while you're visiting. Or you can use the mod by @83bienchen - and purchase animals while you're on the lot. Works a treat. Befriend them, clean them, collect their goodies, and they'll still be there when you return. Mini Gnome Village - and bunnies will visit and foxes too (if trait is set).

And to harvest all the fruits and vegies from the greenhouse etc, I made a comfy bedroom with private ensuite in the big building, so simmies can stay overnight.
