@FatTribble23 I often will find sims in the gallery who have a vague look of what I want to create (it’s exhausting to always start with a random sim who looks nothing like what I’m working toward, so I use the gallery to find a base for my creations), but I do end up editing facial features, proportions, and adding CC skin overlays, so the answer is both yes and no :)
